Judge FINES Singlehop $10,000 AN HOUR

An International Judge has ordered Singlehop to start paying $10,000 PER HOUR in a Contempt of Court Fine the court levied on the company in a case where the Company is being SUED FOR FRAUD and harming lots of Professionals such as Lawyers, Doctors and Realtors.

The Order acknowledges that the International Court is even a VICTIM in the huge Class Action on Singlehop since their network is hosted by the Company suing Singlehop.

The COO of Singlehop is Andy Pace, the founder and CEO is Zac Boca and Dan Ushman is one of the founders.

If you have your business hosted by Singlehop you might want to consider moving to a network that doesn’t have a potential bankruptcy on their Horizon since the case involves mega-millions in damages for many professionals that relied on the company using Singlehop to provide a secure and reliable up to date network environment.

The case claims Singlehop charged thousands of dollars for years and did not properly maintain the companies servers who had a managed dedicated server agreement with Singlehop.

Singlehop is accused of managing the server so badly they let it get so outdated that the OS was 2 full versions behind and the main server management software was over 4 versions behind.

 

Singlehop has one of the lowest scores for any hosting service from the WPO Scores (Website Performance Optimization) we’ve even seen. Scoring a D rating with lots of F’s for basic network design the company hasn’t even optimized their own site for.
