Coinbase hit with C&D by most Valuable Artist in History

By 247 News

Coinbase was issued a C&D publicly by the most viable Artist in History.

Coinbase doesn’t have his permission or permission from any of his collectors to display his famous artwork.

The Artist was one of the top search terms in the world from 1995 to 2005 as Google Trends shows.

Today his site is still the busiest art site in the world, even if his search queries are a tiny fraction of what they were 20 years ago.

He speaks and literally mountains have moved when he said.

We have the largest archive of articles on him.

There’s a fatal flaw in NFTs and he’s been publicly complaining about how his work is being used outside Opensea by markets he did not give permission to use.

In fact almost all his sales occur on markets he controls, Opensea is just a minting vehicle, his sites and his own crypto token is where he sells.

Unknown to most of the world, NFTs images are not stored on one public Blockchain.

All images are stored in IPFS which artists pay to store images on.

Eventually says the genius artists every IPFS system can fail, there’s no in perpetuity system in place to forever store and distribute the images.

It’s all about IP rights and as the most valuable artist in the world, if he sues you for public display of his IP assets, you will basically go bankrupt if he sues you.

He hit Twitter and Jack Dorsey with a Trillion Dollar action. He won in international court the day Dorsey resigned from Twitter

He’s been warning Elon Musk he has a $1 Trillion dollar judgment on Twitter.

Recently he publicly humiliated Kelly Crow for her incorrect article about Beeple only just getting into museums.

He’s in at least two museums with the artist who is now publicly telling Coinbase they need his permission to show any of his artwork.

He is literally crashing the entire crypto, Ethereum and NFT markets single handedly today.
