That reporter who has now been doing interviews for the foreign press is Howard Altman the editor of The Philadelphia City Paper.
In his article the reporter actually made fun of the TERRORISM WARNING!
In fact he stated in his article, "WATCH OUT NEW YORK CITY AND MAYOR GUILLIANI there is A WARNING FOR TERRORISM in your city!"
In fact, THE WHITE HOUSE, MAYOR GUILLIANI AND MEDIA LIKE THE WASHINGTON POST AND HOWARD STERN ALL LAUGHED AT THE WARNING in his article!
The SEPTEMBER WARNING FOR TERRORISM IN THE BIG BUILDING IN NEW YORK CITY is destined to become the most famous WARNING in the history of PROPHECY!
The person that penned it is already a very famous major figure on the Net in the world of prophecy, and he has been for years!
For years some in the media have called him THE NEW NOSTRADAMUS, since his WARNINGS and PROPHECIES are so accurate!
But until now, most of the major US media that did dare to mention him made fun of his WARNINGS!
The person that WARNED of a MAJOR ACT OF TERRORISM FOR SEPTEMBMER - A BIG BANG IN THE BIG BUILDING IN NEW YORK CITY - has for years been one of the most mentioned people in Usenet which is a part of the internet that not everyone uses.
That person BEFORE THIS ATTACK had more Usenet posts about him than such famous people as Prince Charles and even Pope John Paul II.
The WARNING that THE WHITE HOUSE, GUILLIANI, THE WASHINGTON POST and HOWARD STERN all made fun of in the City Paper article is known as the 902 Prophecy.
It has been written about by many sites such as ours and posted about in Usenet by literally thousands of people since it was written on September 2nd 1997!
The 902 Prophecy clearly states that A MAJOR ACT OF TERRORISM WILL STRIKE NEW YORK CITY - IT STATES A BIG BANG WILL HIT THE BIG BUILDING!
The 902 PROPHECY was penned right after Diana's Death. The Washington Post did an article on the author of the 902 Prophecy calling him THE UGLY OF THE INTERNET!

The author sued the US Government in 1996 and stated THE USA WOULD BE DESTROYED IN 2001 in case 96CV 1499! (THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE HAS BEEN DESTROYED THIS YEAR) This case like the 902 Prophecy is very well written about on web sites and again there are literally thousands of posts about it on line in Usenet!
In case 96CV 1499, which was filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's Federal Court System located in Philadelphia, is a WARNING that Diana would die in France on 8/31!
When Diana died on 8/31/97 the net was fill of talk about how her death was WARNED OF in case 96CV 1499.
Sites such as www.TheeUnderGround.Net did many stories on that FACT and they put up a $100,000.00 GUARANTEE that the DIANA PROPHECY was real.
So, the Washington Post had a reporter write about the Diana Prophecy story that was spreading like fire on the net!
The reporter for the Washington Post had only written about barbie doll sites on the net before she wrote an attack article on the DIANA PROPHECY story.
In her opinion, it was false since Dan Rather didn't report it!
She didn't mention that the case number was given with a $100,000.00 reward to anyone that could prove the prophecy hadn't been on file since early 1996 in Philadelphia!
Well that article resulted in the threat of a major libel suit.
Right after Diana died EXACTLY WHERE AND WHEN the person that sued the US Government in case 96CV 1499 had WARNED, that same person penned his 902 PROPHECY!
He warned SEPTEMBER WOULD BE THE MONTH FOR A MAJOR ACT OF TERRORISM - IT WOULD HIT NEW YORK CITY - IT WOULD BE A BIG BANG IN THE BIG BUILDING!
On 9/11/97 (YES 9/11) The City Paper article appeared by Howard Altman!
HE LAUGHS AT THE WARNING AND THE AUTHOR THE ARTICLE!
Case 96CV 1499 was filed because the person that GIVES EXACT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FUTURE had tried to warn most of the major media executives in the US media about the Oklahoma City Bombing.
As case 96CV 1499 explains, THE DAY BEFORE THE BOMBING occurred in Oklahoma City, the same person that later warned of DIANA's DEATH and then the WORLD TRADE CENTER BOMBING, had faxed 60 people in the US media this message!

He then WARNED of THE ATTACK IN NEW YORK CITY IN SEPTEMBER in the 902 Prophecy.
In the past year the same person released 9 MAJOR QUAKE WARNINGS. The first five gave exact dates when 7.0+ quakes then hit. The odds are like 1 Million to 1 for anyone to hit five dates in a row for 7.0+ range quakes!
Then he hit the EXACT LOCATIONS when other 7.0+ quakes occurred in the exact month he GUARANTEED!
Due to all these amazing prophetic hits, that person has built up a huge fan base on the Net.

Then 9/11 occurred and LEO PHOENIX BECAME WORLD FAMOUS for his 911 Prophecy, yet the New York Times has just called him a kook!
