ISIS or ISIL has beheaded another US Media reporter.

Steven Sotloff was allegedly beheaded today by ISIS.

Once again an ISIS video fails to actually show the complete beheading, the video shows the beginning of what appears to be a graphic throat slitting, then it cuts to this image.

Is it real? It looks like it is, but many are questioning why such heavy editing is being done, and conspiracy sites are saying it is a RED FLAG and CIA produced video.

CIA Project Org says the beheading video may be FAKE
